Gerry Larkin – Managing Director and Framework Manager Gerry started his career at 16 as a Painter & Decorator in Liverpool before moving to London and starting G&L in 1983 with his Wife and business partner Lorraine Larkin. G&L has evolved from a decorating only firm into a multi-disciplined building services company that now has a turnover of more than £2 million p.a. Gerry is also a framework manager and has complete oversight over all of G&L’s activities and operations. He decides the strategic direction of the business and holds many long lasting relationships with key clients.
Karen Kent – Relationship Director/CLO Karen holds the role of Relationships Director. Karen also acts as the main Customer Liaison Officer for all frameworks, major contracts and supply partners. In addition to this, she oversees our HR function.
Jonathan Larkin – Associate Director/ Contracts Manager Jonathan oversees the day-to-day running of small works and intermediate contracts on our Frameworks and individual contracts. Jonathan graduated from Liverpool John Moores University and holds a 1st class honours degree in Real Estate Management. He also has an MSc in Investment Management form Cass Business School. He is SMSTS, UKATA, NAFDI and first-aid trained.
Ralph Dwek – Finance and Information Manager Ralph is head of our finance team and overseas all finance related issues. Ralph holds a degree in Finance and is a trained chartered accountant. He is also fluent in French.
David Crick - Business Development Manager David heads up G&L's business development and undertakes all marketing activities. David has worked in the industry for over 40+ years and has a plethora of contacts and well-rounded relationships. He actively sources new opportunities for G&L as well as strengthening existing relationships for the company.
Paul Babbs – Project Manager Paul has been with us for over 20 years and is our most experienced operative. Aside from being a skilled carpenter, he holds important relationships with various estate mangers and oversees the implementation of contract tasks involved for various projects on site. He is also SMSTS, UKATA, NAFDI and first-aid trained.
Serhiy Sirotin – Site Manager Serhiy joined us in 2015 and is popular amongst his peers throughout. He is a skilled carpenter, but also can turn his hand to various tasks when required too on site. He is also SMSTS, UKATA, NAFDI and first-aid trained.
