G&L has a dedicated approach to repairs and maintenance. We operate on both a planned and reactive basis, with an in-house team available all year round. Our breadth of service is far-reaching and adheres to the policies and procedures we have developed.

Our in-house maintenance capabilities include planned and preventative as well as reactive measures, which include inspection, testing, servicing and repair works, voids maintenance, insurance works and a range of planned improvement services.

We are also licenced to carry out upgrades to Fire doors and complete fire protection works. We can inspect, provide reports, install and maintain all fire protection materials and with certified workmanship. Most importantly our supply-chain is FIRAS certified through to our surveyors and operatives right through to the material suppliers.
