By reviewing and setting achievable targets, we aim to considerably reduce our impact on the environment. We have been working towards a more efficient way of working for some time, however, we know that just isn’t enough – we must do more.
Through several initiatives, we are striving to be better by reducing our impact on the wider community and environment. While our clients will always be first, so to will be our approach to making our works more sustainable. We believe that with all parties involved, starting right from the moment we start planning works, we can all make a difference to the environment for future generations little by little. Our pledge to the environment means we adhere to our ISO14001:2015 environmental policies and procedures.
Our pledge to quality throughout our business allows us to be at the forefront of our industry. We maintain our quality through our externally accredited ISO9001:2015 quality management system.
Each stage of work undergoes regular inspection to ensure compliance with specification and is handed over to our client in the knowledge that the work has been checked and monitored at all stages. At the end of each project our clients and end-user are invited to fill out customer satisfaction surveys so we can better future works and benchmark our performance against key in-house and industry wide indicators.
In addition, we have a fully documented corrective action procedure in case works do not quite work out as planned – our customer escalation system is quickly reacted upon with all measures taken to put things right for both client and end-user.
